Board of Appeals (BOA)
The primary role of the Board of Appeals is to review and decided cases where there is an alleged error in a zoning decision or where a relaxation of the ordinance is sought.

Lisbon’s Board of Review is a statutory requirement giving homeowners and business owners an opportunity to legally contest the evaluation of their property assessment.
