Where is Lisbon Business Park East? 

It's the former Lied's Nursery site!

In May 2021, the Town Board named the business park. Road work on Hwy 74 & Richard Road is complete and provides access and turning lanes for the property. The work in the road right-of-way on Hwy 74 between Village Dr & Richard Rd is complete. Engineer work for the water connection is complete & approved by Sussex. Lisbon applied for necessary permits with the DNR & the County. We Energies will install the rest of the utilities needed for the industrial portion of the property.

Wikoff Color Corporation, an ink manufacturer, currently occupies the business park. Read more about the project and their business in this article.

Polyak Trucking & Polyak Logistics LLC, a transportation company, occupied their new building as of Fall 2022. Check out their video!

We welcome Pepsi to Lisbon; their building is expected to be complete in Fall 2023. 

We also welcome Vermeer Wisconsin; the relocation from their Butler building is scheduled for 2024.
